***This option is for those who are employed as teachers below the university level (all formal, informal, and home-school educators welcome) and wish to attend a single day of the meeting.
****The Companion Registration is essentially a full registration (including one ticket to the Awards Banquet) that is slightly discounted and meant for use by spouses and guests, including chaperones, who are interested in accessing the full Annual Meeting.

Preferred pronouns:

During the registration process, you will be asked to specify your badge name. In addition, you will have the option of also listing your preferred pronouns after your name if you would like, for example: she/her; they/them; he/him; or other as preferred (for further information and why this matters, see here).

Please note the following:

• In order to ensure that your payment is accepted when registering online, please make sure to include the proper billing zip code and/or address to match your credit card.
• In order to receive member pricing, you must first join or renew your SVP membership for 2026 BEFORE registering for the meeting.
• Special Note for Student Nonmembers: To receive the Undergraduate/Graduate Student nonmember registration price, you will be required to upload an image of your valid student ID or other official document verifying your status as a current student as part of the online registration process.
• Junior Members require the written approval of a parent or guardian to attend the Annual Meeting and confirmation that the Junior member will always be supervised by a parent or guardian. You will be required to upload a copy of this statement as part of the online registration process. The parent or guardian who will be supervising the Junior member at the meeting must be added to the registration using the Companion option on the registration form.
• Media Members: If you are a member of the working media and wish to attend the SVP Annual Meeting in that capacity, please contact meetings@vertpaleo.org for information about registration for media members.

Meeting Certificates:

Certificates of Attendance will be available upon request after the conclusion of the meeting. To request a Certificate of Attendance, please contact meetings@vertpaleo.org. Certificates will be provided upon verification of registration and attendance at the meeting.
