Most people will need a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to travel to the U.K. Visit our Planning Your Trip page to find out more about visa and Electronic Travel Authorization information (an ETA is required for those who will be traveling from the U.S.), as well as details about how to book your accommodation, local transportation, and more helpful information about the meeting location (provided by the Birmingham & West Midlands Convention Bureau).

Abstract Submission and Attendee Registration to Open Later this Year

• The 2025 abstract submission platform is scheduled to open on April 17, 2025.
• Attendee registration will be available on July 1, 2025.
