Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) Information
- Many travelers will require an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA), including those traveling from the U.S. For detailed information, such as who can apply, who does not need an ETA, what you can and cannot do with an ETA, and how to apply, please click here. There is a £10 fee to apply for an ETA.

The Birmingham & West Midlands Convention Bureau has created this helpful website highlighting local food and drink, traveling to and around Birmingham by road, rail, and air, things to do during your stay and more.
- Book your accommodations - click on the "Make Reservation" button, then follow the prompts to input your arrival and departure dates to view a list of hotels offering specially discounted rates during the week of November 10-16, 2025, including the distance of each hotel from the event venue (please note that all prices are listed in GBP). Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and should be made no later than October 14 and cannot be guaranteed after that date.
