How to Join SVP’s Coffee Lounge Sessions
Once logged into the conference platform, you can navigate to the Coffee Lounge by selecting the tile on the board in the lobby or from the schedule. Once in the lounge, select the networking day and time you would like to participate, and then simply click the link to enter the Remo platform.
Remo is a virtual event platform that allows for face-to face engagement between participants at “tables”, with small groups or one-on-one chats.
Once you click on the networking link, you will arrive at the event landing page. Select “Join the Event”, and if you already have a Remo profile will be prompted to log in. Please note: If you don’t already have a Remo profile, you will need to create a user profile with your email address (you may also sign in via your Facebook or Google Accounts), photo, title, and location. This is required and only takes about 1 minute. You can create your profile any time.
Once in the room you simply move from table to table or from floor to floor, with a double click at the table you wish to join. Floors are indicated on the left side of the screen.
At the conclusion of the networking session, you may return directly back to the SPV Conference platform by selecting the Back to the Conference button, at the bottom right corner in the Remo platform.
