Cancelation, Refund, and Substitution Policy

All registration cancelations are subject to a cancelation fee. Requests for refunds must be received via email to svp@mcievents.com according to the dates indicated below:

  • Refund requests received over the phone or in writing after registering and through September 7, 2023, are eligible for a full refund, minus the cancelation fee of $50 for all non-student registration types. Student registration cancelations will be charged a $25 cancelation fee.
  • There will be no refunds for requests starting September 8th, 2023.

Virtual
All registration cancelations are subject to a cancelation fee. Requests for refunds must be received via email to svp@mcievents.com according to the dates indicated below:

  • Refund requests received after registering and through October 10, 2023, are eligible for a full refund, minus the cancelation fee of $15 for all non-student registration types. Student registration cancelations will be charged a $5 cancelation fee.
  • There will be no refunds for requests made after October 10, 2023.

Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the virtual event start date by submitting a written request to svp@mcievents.com. Only one substitution is permitted per the original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution. Please include the full name and complete contact information of both the original registrant and the individual who will be attending in their place.
