Participation in the SVP 70th Anniversary Meeting is limited to registered delegates. Full meeting registration includes: admission to all educational sessions, exhibits, poster sessions, and all social events as well as all meeting materials including an electronic format of the conference abstract book.

SVP Members — Regular, Emeritus, Member from a Developing Country (MDC), Junior, Student and Second:

Nonmembers:
Nonmembers and Student Nonmembers registration includes admittance to: all educational sessions, exhibits, poster sessions and all social events as well as all meeting materials including an electronic format of the conference abstract book. Student Non-Members may register at a special student non-member rate.
Student Nonmembers:
Student Nonmembers must e-mail or fax a copy of their current valid student ID within five (5) business days of registration to the SVP headquarters in order to secure the appropriate registration rate. If a copy of the current valid student ID is not received within five (5) business days, the applicant's credit card will be charged for the full registration rate.

Junior Members:
Junior Members may attend SVP annual meetings at the Student Member rate only if a parent or guardian (if the student is not emancipated) accompanies them. The parent/guardian must be a registered attendee at the meeting (at the guest attendee rate if not a member). In order to pick up their registration materials, the Junior Member and guardian/parent must be together at the meeting registration desk (at the meeting venue) and show a valid photo ID. The parent or guardian MUST accompany the Junior Member to all SVP social functions, and sit at the same table with the Junior Member while at the event. Social events include, but are not limited to: The Welcome Reception, Student Roundtable and Reprint Exchange, guest speaker events, Auction, Awards Event and After Hours Party.
One-Day Registration
One-day registration includes admission to all educational sessions, exhibits, and social events scheduled for the day purchased. You may register at this rate for one day only.
Social Functions Only (Guests)
For guests of primary registrants only. The Social Functions only badge includes admittance to all social functions (This registration category does not include admittance to technical sessions).
Three Ways to Register
Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Only one method of payment can be used per registration.

Confirmation Letters
SVP's Web-based registration system acknowledges online registrations immediately via e-mail. You will receive a confirmation/receipt to the e-mail address provided on the registration form shortly after your registration is complete. SVP will confirm registrations received by fax and mail within 14 days of receipt via e-mail as well. Note: SVP is unable to confirm registration earlier than two weeks after the submission date if you do not provide an e-mail address. If you do not receive confirmation after two weeks, E-mail Christine Meehan at SVP headquarters, cmeehan@vertpaleo.org.
Payment Instructions
Registrations must include payment by check (drawn on a U.S. bank), credit card or bank transfer of funds in U.S. dollars. Wire transfers within North America will incur a $30 fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 fee. SVP cannot accept registrations by telephone. SVP will not accept registrations without full payment. Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Send your registration using only one method of payment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, you must submit notice in writing to SVP headquarters by July 7, 2010. SVP will charge a $100 USD cancellation fee for written cancellations that arrive at SVP headquarters by July 7, 2010. SVP will not issue refunds for cancellations received after July 7, 2010. Delegates may make substitutions at any time. Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.
