Participation in the SVP 69th Annual Meeting and the 57th Symposium of Vertebrate Palaeontology and Comparative Anatomy (SVPCA) is limited to registered delegates. Full meeting registration includes admission to all educational sessions, exhibits, poster sessions, and social events, as well as all meeting materials including an electronic format of the conference Program and Abstract book.

SVPCA Attendees and SVPCA Student Attendees may register at a discounted rate. Full registration includes admittance to all educational sessions, exhibits, poster viewing, and social activities.
You must indicate the last year you attended the SVPCA Symposium when registering. This information will be verified.

Nonmembers and Student Nonmembers Full Registration includes admittance to all educational sessions, exhibits, poster viewing, and social activities.
Student Nonmembers and SVPCA Student Attendees
Student Nonmembers and SVPCA Student Attendees must e-mail or fax a copy of their current valid student ID within five (5) business days of registration to the SVP headquarters in order to secure the appropriate registration rate. If a copy of the current valid student ID is not received within five (5) business days, the applicant's credit card will be charged for the full rate.

Adding to Your Registration
-including field trips, workshops, guests and boxed lunches
If you want to go back after registering for the meeting, including adding: field trips, workshops, guests or boxed lunches; it's easily done.
Follow these steps:
- 1) Go back into registration (from the Annual Meeting Home page located at: http://www.vertpaleo.org/meetings/index.cfm)
- 2) Once you login, the system will recognize you as already having registered (you will NOT be charged again for registration).
- 3) You will have the opportunity to add items not already registered for (boxed lunches) or to click on a Field Trip and Workshop Registration link. Once there you can register for the field trip(s) or workshop of your choice.
- 4) NOTE: you CANNOT cancel you registration, or change your registered rate online once you have already registered. You will have to contact the business office to receive any refund or registration rate adjustments.

Confirmation Letters
SVP's Web-based registration system acknowledges online registrations immediately via e-mail. You will receive a confirmation/receipt to the e-mail address provided on the registration form shortly after your registration is complete. SVP will confirm registrations received by fax and mail within 14 days of receipt via e-mail as well. Note: SVP is unable to confirm registration earlier than two weeks after the submission date if you do not provide an e-mail address. If you do not receive confirmation after two weeks, e-mail Christine Meehan at SVP headquarters, cmeehan@vertpaleo.org
Payment Instructions
Registrations must include payment by check (drawn on a U.S. bank), credit card or bank transfer of funds in U.S. dollars. Wire transfers within North America will incur a $30 USD fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 USD fee. SVP cannot accept registrations by telephone. SVP will not accept registrations without full payment. Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Send your registration using only one method of payment.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, you must submit notice in writing to SVP headquarters by July 1, 2009. SVP will charge a $100 USD cancellation fee for written cancellations that arrive at SVP headquarters by July 1, 2009. SVP will not issue refunds for cancellations received after July 1, 2009. Delegates may make substitutions at any time. Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.
