It is with deep sadness, I regret to inform the paleontology community that our dear friend, colleague, and mentor, Professor Xijin Zhao passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2012.
Professor Zhao made tremendous contributions to the paleo-community. It is a great loss to the community and he will be greatly missed.
The funeral will be held at 9 am, Wednesday July 25 (China time) in Beijing.
